German Spectro spectrometer – Taking a solid first step towards establishing a materials laboratory

On May 7, 2025, our company officially introduced and put into operation the advanced spectrometer from SPECTRO of Germany, marking a significant step forward in the construction of our enterprise’s materials laboratory. This equipment uses cutting-edge spectroscopic analysis technology to perform highly accurate detection of the components in metals and alloys within seconds. Its detection accuracy reaches parts per million levels, representing an over 80% increase in testing efficiency compared to traditional methods.

Long Chen,technical Director, stated: “The operation of the spectrometer has enabled instant screening of incoming raw materials, preventing substandard products from entering the production line at the source, and is expected to improve the product yield rate by 15%.” Currently, the equipment has been integrated into the company’s quality management system, establishing a full-chain digital control system ranging from raw material inspection to finished product traceability.

This introduction of equipment is part of our company’s initiative to build a provincial-level materials laboratory project. In the future, we will continue to equip the lab with advanced instruments such as electron microscopes and mechanical testing machines, aiming to construct a comprehensive scientific research system covering materials research and development and process optimization. This will inject core momentum into the company’s technological innovation efforts.
