Strengthening Safety Foundation, Safeguarding Production Efficiency — Special Safety Training on Heat Stress, Overhead Cranes, and Welding Operations

To continuously improve workplace safety standards and ensure employee well-being and smooth production operations, our company conducted a specialized safety training session on August 11, 2025, focused on “heat stress prevention, safe overhead crane operation, and welding safety practices.” The session engaged all frontline production staff and relevant supervisors.
With summer heatwaves in full effect, the training first addressed the challenges posed by high temperatures, emphasizing the importance of scientific heatstroke prevention. The company has implemented adjusted work schedules to avoid peak heat hours and provided ample cooling beverages and heat-relief supplies. Additionally, employees were educated on recognizing early signs of heat stress and emergency response procedures, ensuring everyone can stay safe during the scorching weather.
Regarding the safe operation of overhead cranes—critical equipment in our workshops—the training focused on operational procedures and risk prevention. It stressed that crane operators must be certified, conduct thorough equipment inspections before each use, and strictly prohibit overloading or diagonal lifting. Real-life case studies were used to vividly illustrate the severe consequences of violations, reinforcing the principle of “safety first.”
For welding operations, a high-risk task, the training detailed the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including protective face shields, flame-resistant clothing, and gloves. Emphasis was also placed on clearing work areas, isolating flammable materials, and conducting regular inspections of gas cylinders and electrical cables to prevent fire and explosion risks at the source.
The training, held on August 11, combined theoretical instruction, case analysis, and on-site demonstrations, effectively enhancing employees’ safety awareness and practical skills. Company management stated that workplace safety is the lifeline of business development. The company will continue to increase safety investments, refine management systems, and regularly conduct safety education initiatives to ensure all safety measures are fully implemented, safeguarding both stable business growth and the well-being of every employee.
